Shipping with us is easy and affordable!
White Fox Black Koi Candle Co. ships with USPS and UPS. The cost of shipping is based on package weight and distance from our headquarters in North Canton, Ohio. Shipping prices will be calculated at the time of checkout.
Unfortunately at this time, we cannot accept orders from or ship outside of the continental United States.
Same Day Shipping
With a few exceptions, we offer same-day shipping on any orders placed before 2PM EST. Otherwise, orders will be processed and shipped the following day. Those exceptions are:
- Holidays
- Weekends
- Out-of-Office days, which are always indicated on our website
- If your order contains a back-ordered item. In this case, your full order will ship once the item is in stock.
